Challenges of 2009

AUDITS-AUDITS EVERYWHERE!!!

Since the end of the May 31, 2009 license biennium the FSRC has received over 10 times the usual number of requests for copies of certificates to verify attendance at CEU events due to audits.  Over half of those are from RCP’s deficient of the CEU requirement, and many who did not attend FSRC events and have no record of where and when they acquired the CEU’s. The FSRC maintains attendee records for up to 4 years as mandated by the state and has the ability to recreate certificate copies for audits upon request.
